1.     Shipping Policy

Ships Time
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 to 5 working days via Poslaju Or Relevant Courier Services.
For VIRTUAL EVENTS (or product related to Virtual event) please refer the product delivery date at "Event Details" at our WebSite.

Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address. If the particular Event or Product stated will be delivered out of Malaysia, then it will be shipped. 


Shipping Cost
We are charging RM15 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia. It may differ depending on type of events. (Please keep track on current rates with admin if needed)

2.    Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

There will be NO REFUND for VIRTUAL EVENTS. A Refund also needs a proper documentation or a proper quality picture to verify the process further.

3.    Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to info@beestorm.com.my. Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we will deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 to 15 working days.

To dispute parcel or item missing/never included in parcel/broken/torn, customers are advised to make a safety recording BEFORE opening the parcel. Customer needs to record front & back parcel and while opening the parcel until taking out the items from parcel entirely. IF WE DON'T HAVE THIS, WE CAN'T PROCEED TO REFUND OR RETURN ITEM.
