1. Shipping Policy

Ships Time

Orders received will be processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days via Poslaju or Relevant Courier Services. For VIRTUAL EVENTS (or products related to virtual events), please refer to the product delivery date under "Event Details" on our website.

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If a particular event or product is intended for delivery outside of Malaysia, it will be shipped accordingly.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate of RM15 per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 per order for delivery to East Malaysia. Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of event (please refer to our administration for current rates).

2. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we will refund your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, except for non-refundable transaction fees. Once your order has been shipped, refunds are not allowed. There will be NO REFUND for VIRTUAL EVENTS. To request a refund, proper documentation or quality pictures for verification are required.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (from the date of receipt) for defective products. To initiate a product return, please email your intent to info@beestorm.com.my. Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own expense. We will deliver the replacement product(s) within 10 to 15 working days.

To address disputes related to missing items, items not included, breakage, or damage, customers are advised to create a safety recording BEFORE opening the parcel. This recording should cover the front and back of the parcel and the process of opening the parcel until all items are entirely removed. If we do not receive this recording, we cannot proceed with a refund or return.

5. BEESTORM WALLET POLICY

  • NO REFUND OF WALLET CASH (Please decide carefully before purchase).
  • Only the main account holder can use the offer.
  • Wallet cash can be used only to purchase events on beestorm.com.my.
  • Only selected events will have discounts for using wallet cash.
  • Wallet cash is not exchangeable for cash or other products.
